My venue will charge me additional for outside catering.....now what?
No problem.  Most venues will assess a charge of $250 for outside catering.  We simply deduct that amount from your catering total.  We absorb your penalty.

I have a budget, how will I stay in my budget?
Each bride, regardless of budget will have their own coordinator.  Your coordinator will address the budget
and provide you with a written quote that is extremely detailed.  This quote is easily substitutable and alterable according to your wishes.

What types of cuisine do you cater?
American (New), American (Traditional), Asian, British, Cajun, Caribbean, Chinese, Creole, French, German, Indian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latin American, Mediterranean, Mexican, Middle Eastern, Polynesian, Southern, Southwestern, Spanish
 
Do you accommodate dietary needs?
YES      Kosher, No Pork, Organic, Vegan, Vegetarian, Diabetic (Sugar Free)
 
Do you offer a tasting for potential clients?
YES      Tastings are available for potential bridal clientele. Your coordinator (each bride will have their own) will schedule according to your convenience---even if it is a drop off on your lunch hour! We will visit the hosting venue and assist with the floor-plan, setup, lighting, procession details, and measurement details. In addition, we negotiate for available amenities for your event.
 
Are you also able to provide the wedding cake?
YES       We certainly offer wedding cakes of all sizes in varying degrees of simplicity and elegance. Send us a photo if you have one that you have seen and we will send you a quote for the cake. We also provide a gallery of very realistic artificial wedding cakes--and we act as the secret service on your behalf so no one knows you saved a BUNDLE!              Ask your coordinator about the artificial selections.
 
If a bride decides to bring her own wedding cake, do you have a cake cutting fee?
We do not usually charge a cake cutting fee. In fact, we welcome our brides wishes and do not discourage anything.
 
Are you licensed to sell alcohol?
YES       We are licensed to sell and provide alcohol and provide TABC Certified Servers and Bartenders. See our webpage for alcohol pricing and packages.
 
Do you allow outside alcohol?
YES       We do allow outside alcohol and do not charge fees for outside alcohol. If one of our brides wishes to provide her own alcohol, we can offer TABC Certified Servers if needed.
 
Do you provide rentals for items such as linens and flatware?
Yes         We offer linens, china, flatware, crystal drinkware, silver flatware, florals, centerpieces, coffee stations equipment, chafing dishes, etc.   There is not a need that we can't meet.
 
Are you able to provide your own wait staff?
YES        Waitstaff, Officiants, Alcohol Servers, Bartenders, Attendants, Ushers and staff of every need.
